Biography

James Charlton graduated from the University of Tasmania, and from Flinders University and the University of Cambridge. He is Poetry Editor of the Australian literary quarterly ISLAND and Advisory Editor for Australasia of CHAUTAUQUA LITERARY JOURNAL, published in upstate New York. Charlton is currently based at the University of Tasmania's School of Philosophy, researching the nature of non-dual spiritual experience.
